# Call Score Trend

> Each teammate's weekly call score from coaching reviews, against the team average.

## When to use

Use the Call Score Trend to see whether coaching is working: one line per teammate, one point per week, with the team average dashed behind them. It reads [coaching reviews](/comms/coaching/scorecards) and credits each review to **the teammates who were on the call**, not the manager who reviewed it.

## Required data shape

* **Coaching reviews** on calls or meetings, scored on a [scorecard](/comms/coaching/scorecards).
* **Teammates on those calls**: a review counts for every teammate who was a participant.

There is no object or property to pick. The block reads reviews directly.

## Configuration

| Setting | What it does |
| - | - |
| Over | The window: last 4, 12 or 26 weeks. |
| Scores | **Reviewed** (default) reads submitted reviews only. **AI drafts** reads the reviews Stella has drafted that no manager has submitted yet. The two are never mixed. |

It reads reviews on every scorecard. On a team's view it lists only that team's members.

## How it reads

* A week with no scored review is a gap in the line, not a zero.
* The legend shows each teammate's latest weekly score and the team's.
* At most six teammates get a line, the six with the most scored reviews.
* A review that answered nothing that scores (every answer N/A, or text only) is left out. An auto-failed review counts as 0%.

## Troubleshooting

| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
| - | - | - |
| "No reviewed calls in this window yet." | No submitted reviews in the window, or nobody reviewed calls a teammate was on | Submit reviews on the calls' coaching panel, or widen **Over**. |
| A teammate is missing | They had no scored reviews in the window, or more than six teammates did | Narrow to their team's view, or check their calls have reviews. |
| AI drafts reads differently from Reviewed | It should: drafts are Stella's unchecked grades | Submit the drafts that look right; a submitted review moves to Reviewed. |
| The page's filter bar doesn't change it | This block ignores page filters | Use **Over** in the block's own settings. |
