# SMS Overview

> At-a-glance SMS deliverability and A2P registration status.

## Overview

The **SMS Overview** block is a deliverability summary (delivery rate, delivered and failed counts, and your A2P 10DLC registration status) in one card. Put it on an ops or admin dashboard to keep an eye on SMS health.

## Use cases

* A messaging-ops dashboard: spot a drop in delivery rate early.
* A compliance check: confirm A2P registration is approved and active.

## Configuration parameters

This block takes no parameters, it summarizes the workspace's SMS deliverability and registration automatically.

## Troubleshooting

| Symptom                             | Likely cause                                            | What to check                                             |
| ----------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------- |
| Registration shows "not registered" | A2P 10DLC isn't set up                                  | Complete [A2P registration](/comms/sms/a2p-registration). |
| Delivery rate is low                | Carrier filtering, bad numbers, or unregistered traffic | Review recent failures and your A2P / brand status.       |
| All zeros                           | No SMS has been sent yet                                | Expected until messages flow.                             |
