# Presentation

> A slide deck attached to a record.

## Overview

A Presentation property attaches a slide deck to a record, a QBR on an account,
a pitch on a deal. The deck opens in Custral's own editor, and can be started
from a template so every record's deck shares a structure.

Pick it from **Communication** in the property type list.

## Configuration

| Setting   | What it does                                                                                                                                 |
| --------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Templates | Which [presentation templates](/blocks/presentations/templates) are offered when creating a deck on this property. Leave empty to allow any. |

## What it stores

A reference to a presentation.

## Examples

* **QBR deck** on an Account, restricted to the quarterly-review template.
* **Pitch** on a Deal, any template.
