# Reports in your new workspace

> The Reporting section, Team views and filter bars a new workspace starts with, and the sample data that fills them.

## Overview

A workspace set up during onboarding doesn't start with empty dashboards. It comes with a **Reporting** section, a **Team** view on each hub, and filter bars, all built from the objects and fields your setup has. Rename or remove any of it like any other page.

<Tip>Want to look around first? If you asked for a **sample sandbox** during setup, open it. It holds sample records, sample teammates and their calls, so every report below has something to show. See [Sandboxes](/start/sandboxes/overview).</Tip>

## What you get

| Page | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Reporting → Overview** | Four headline numbers and the charts that matter most for your setup. |
| **Reporting → Full cycle** | Your [customer lifecycle](/bi/reporting/charts/lifecycle) stage by stage, plus what each turn of the loop brings back (new customers, renewals, churn). |
| **Reporting → Revenue** | Booked, pipeline and deal size when you track deals; total, average, renewing and at-risk ARR when you track accounts. Then ARR by stage, owner, industry and renewal month, and the accounts renewing this quarter. |
| **Reporting → Customer health** | Health, risk and the accounts that need attention, when your setup tracks health, tickets or renewals. |
| **Reporting → Team** | A view per team: four team-wide numbers, then a [table with one row per teammate](/bi/reporting/team-performance). |
| **Reporting → Team → Coaching** | Every teammate's calls, reviews, call score and AI score, the [Call Score Trend](/bi/reporting/charts/coaching-trend) and [Weakest Criteria](/bi/reporting/charts/coaching-criteria). |
| **A Team view on each hub** | The same per-teammate table, scoped to the team that does that job. |

A report only appears if your setup has the fields it needs. A setup with no deals gets account-based Revenue numbers, not empty pipeline charts.

## Filter bars

Each hub and the Overview, Revenue and Customer health pages have a filter bar along the top:

| Page | Filters |
| - | - |
| Sales Hub | Close date, Owner |
| Support Hub | Opened, Priority, Assignee |
| Success Hub | Renewal date, Health, Owner |
| Implementation Hub | Go-live date, Phase, Lead |
| Marketing Hub | Started, Channel, Owner |
| Overview, Revenue, Customer health | Owner, Industry |

Pick **Me** under Owner to see only your work. A filter narrows every block on the page that has that field. A card that names its own period or value ("Booked this quarter", "Red accounts") keeps it. The per-teammate tables and coaching charts use their own date range instead.

## Who sees it

Everyone can view the Reporting section and Leadership can edit it, so managers can change reports without opening them to everyone. Change it under [Permissions](/team/permissions/overview) like any section.

## Troubleshooting

| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
| - | - | - |
| A Team table has one row of zeros | Only you are in the workspace, or your teammates own no records yet | Invite teammates, and set the owner field on records. |
| Coaching charts are empty | No calls have been reviewed | Review calls on their coaching panel, or open the sample sandbox to see them filled in. |
| A filter doesn't change a block | The block's object doesn't have that field, or the block already pins it | Expected. Add the filter to the block from its settings to link it. |
| A report you expected isn't there | Your setup doesn't have the field it needs | Add the field to the object; then add the block from the block picker. |
