# Quick Start

> Set up your workspace, create your first record, and connect a channel in minutes.

## Getting Started

Follow these steps to get your Custral workspace up and running in minutes.

  <Step title="Create your Workspace">
    When you first log in to [app.custral.com](https://app.custral.com), you'll be prompted to create your organization. Choose a name that reflects your company.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Define your first Object">
    Objects are the blueprints for your data. Most companies start with:

    * **Accounts**: Companies you do business with.
    * **Contacts**: Individual people at those companies.
    * **Deals**: Sales opportunities.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add your first Record">
    Navigate to an Object and click **Create Record**. Fill in the details and see how Custral automatically links related information.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect a Channel">
    To start communicating, go to **Settings > Channels** and connect your corporate Email or procure a phone number in the [Marketplace](/blocks/widgets/dialer).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Build an Automation">
    Head over to the **Automations** tab and create a simple workflow, like sending a notification when a new Deal is created.
