What it does
HubSpot syncs into Custral. Contacts, Companies, Deals and Tickets come across, and changes made in HubSpot keep arriving after that. Edits made in Custral are not sent back to HubSpot. To write to HubSpot from Custral, use HubSpot’s Create Object and Update Object workflow actions. They run when your workflow says so, not as a sync.Connect

Authorize in Custral
Open Settings → Integrations → HubSpot and start the OAuth flow.

Pick what to bring in
Choose the HubSpot objects you want: Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets.

Choose where they land
Either let Custral create a linked table for each object, or import them with Stella into your own Contacts, Companies and Deals objects. After an import, a workspace admin can turn on Keep in sync.
Resources synced
Every synced record remembers its HubSpot id, so later syncs update the same record.
Limitations
- One way only. Changes in HubSpot come into Custral; edits in Custral stay in Custral.
- Synced fields are read-only on your own objects while Keep in sync is on, so a sync never overwrites an edit. Stop syncing to edit them.
- Deletes don’t carry over. A record deleted in HubSpot stays in Custral.
- A sync pauses rather than taking the workspace past its records limit.
- Files and attachments do not sync.
- Workflows defined in HubSpot are not copied. Custral runs its own workflows on synced records.
