What it does
Microsoft Teams becomes a meeting provider: when a meeting is booked through a scheduling page, or created from the Custral calendar. Custral generates a Microsoft Teams link and puts it on the event, so invitees get a working join link without anyone pasting one.Connect

Connect the calendar it belongs to
Teams connects either through a linked Microsoft calendar or directly with a Microsoft work account. A personal Microsoft account can’t create Teams meetings.

Authorize
Go to Settings → Integrations, choose Microsoft Teams, and complete the
provider’s consent screen.

Set it as your meeting provider
In your calendar settings, pick Microsoft Teams as the conferencing provider for the
calendars that should use it.
Resources synced
Limitations
- Custral creates meeting links; it doesn’t pull attendance, recordings, or chat transcripts back from Microsoft Teams. For recording and transcription of calls, see Recording.
- The provider applies per calendar, not per booking page, a booking page inherits whatever its calendar is set to.
- Changing the provider affects new events only. Existing events keep the link they were created with.
Troubleshooting
Disconnect
Disconnect from Settings → Integrations. Events that already exist keep their links, Custral stops generating new ones, and booking pages fall back to the calendar’s default.See also
