The five biggest changes

1. Focus Mode and Triage. Email sorts every mailbox into To-dos, Needs your reply, Catch up and Clean up, and Triage works through the rest one email at a time. See Email.
2. Peek. Click a record or page and it opens beside the screen you’re on. See Peek.
3. Single sign-on. Your team signs in with the accounts they already have from your identity provider. See Users.
4. Campaigns. Send an email to everyone on a list, personalized with merge fields, with permissions on who can send.
5. A rebuilt mobile shell. A tab bar for Mail, Convos, Home, Calendar and Library, with Search and Ask Stella on every tab. See Mobile app.
