Revenue is Custral’s quote-to-cash module. You price a deal from your product catalog, send the customer a link to a quote they accept online, and Custral starts billing them on your workspace’s own Stripe account. Invoices, payments and subscriptions then land back on the customer’s record, beside the emails, calls and usage that led to them.
Stripe is the ledger. Subscriptions, invoices, proration, charging and card or bank details all live in your Stripe account. Custral owns the quote, the customer context, collections and reporting. It never holds money, and card and bank details are only ever typed on Stripe’s own page.

The Revenue module

Revenue lives in the Modules rail at /revenue. It isn’t on the rail by default: open More on the rail to jump to it, or choose Edit and Add to pin it. The module has these tabs: The Quotes, Contracts and Receivables tables use the same filter bar as the rest of Custral: Sort, + Filter to add a filter pill, and a search box on the right. Quotes also show up in the command palette (⌘K): type a quote number such as Q-0042, a customer, or a contact. New quote at the top of the Quotes tab asks which customer record the quote is for, then opens the quote builder.

How a deal flows

1

Set up payments

An admin points Custral at your Products and Customers objects and connects Stripe in Settings → Payments.
2

Build and send a quote

From a customer’s record or the Quotes tab, add products, discounts and a payment schedule, then send the link from your own mailbox. See Quotes.
3

The customer accepts

They open the quote, type their name and email, and accept. On autopay they add a card or bank account on Stripe’s page first.
4

Billing starts on Stripe

Custral creates the Stripe customer and subscription, and bills one-time amounts on the dates in the schedule.
5

Payments land on the record

Invoices, payments and subscription changes show on the customer’s Billing panel and timeline, and can trigger workflows.

On the customer record

A customer record shows a Billing panel beside Usage. It starts with the billing contact (with Change) and the payment method: brand, last four and expiry, read live from Stripe, with a warning when the card expires this month or next or the last charge failed. Send update link makes a secure link, good for 7 days, that you copy or email to the billing contact; it opens Stripe’s own page, and the card or bank account they add becomes the default for their invoices and subscription. Below that: the current subscription with its MRR and any discount in force, how it pays (for example “Autopay · Visa ···· 4242 · renews Oct 23” or “Invoice · Net 30”), its newest invoices with Copy pay link on open ones, upcoming instalments, and its quotes with New quote. The panel shows on records of your payments Customers object, on deals when quotes can start from them, and on any other record that has a quote. A deal’s panel shows only what its own quotes started. Quote and billing events (quote viewed or accepted, payment received, invoice overdue, subscription started) also appear on the record’s timeline.

Not covered

Revenue bills your customers through your Stripe account. It does not pay your vendors, record offline payments, sync to accounting software, or run approval chains on quotes or discounts. It works with one Stripe account per workspace.
