Blocks are the reusable units you place on a surface to render your live data. Drop a table or chart on a dashboard, lay out a record with property lists and notes, sketch on a whiteboard, or open a widget from the bar. Each is a block. You add one from the block picker in edit mode, set its parameters, and it renders against your workspace and updates as your data changes.
