Overview

The Label block is a simple piece of text for structuring a dashboard: a section heading, a subheading, or a small caption. It has no data source; use it to title and separate the report blocks around it.

Use cases

A section heading above a group of charts (“Pipeline”, “This week”).
A caption explaining what a block below it shows.

Configuration parameters

Param	Type	Description
`text`	`text`	The label’s text (required).
`variant`	`dropdown`	Text size / role: Heading, Subheading, or Caption.
`alignment`	`dropdown`	Horizontal alignment: Left, Center, or Right.
`verticalAlignment`	`dropdown`	Vertical alignment within the block: Top, Middle, or Bottom.

Troubleshooting

Symptom	Likely cause	What to check
The text looks too small / large	The wrong variant is selected	Switch between Heading / Subheading / Caption.
The text isn’t where you expect	Alignment settings	Adjust horizontal and vertical alignment.
