Reporting turns your live records and conversations into interactive charts and dashboards. Every report is a block you add to a dashboard: backed by real-time data, filterable, and drillable: click any segment to see the records behind it.

Get started

Build your first report

Add a chart to a dashboard and drill into the records behind it.

How reporting works

  • Reports are blocks on a dashboard. A dashboard is a view made of report blocks arranged to tell a story: per team, per pipeline, or org-wide.
  • Data is live. Reports read your current records and conversations; there’s no separate warehouse to sync.
  • Grouped and measured. Pick a source Object (or Collection), a group-by dimension (Status, Owner, Created date…), and a measure (count of records, or sum / average of a numeric property).
  • Filtered. Apply per-block filters and connect dashboard-level filters so the whole board moves together.
  • Drillable. Click a slice, bar, point, or cell to open the underlying records in a table.

Chart types

Pick the visual that fits the question. All are configured the same way (source → group → measure). Beyond the charts above, a Stat card shows a single KPI number, and the Aggregate table puts one row per teammate over related calls, demos, emails, and deals. Both added the same way from the block picker.

Building a report

1

Add a report block

On a dashboard, add a block and pick a chart / report type.
2

Choose the source

Pick the Object or Collection whose records the report measures.
3

Group and measure

Set the group-by dimension (Status, Owner, a date…) and the measure (count, or sum / average of a numeric property).
4

Filter and refine

Scope with per-block filters, and connect dashboard-level filters so the whole board moves together.
