Overview

A Stat card reduces a whole object to one number: total deals, open tickets, average deal size, unique companies. It’s the KPI tile you put across the top of a dashboard so the headline is readable at a glance, before the charts below break it down.

When to use

  • A single number is the point: “how many”, “how much”, “what’s the average”.
  • As a dashboard’s top row of KPIs, paired with charts that explain the trend behind each number.

Configuration

Scope the number with per-block filters, and connect a dashboard-level filter so the KPI moves with the rest of the board.

Limitations

  • Count and Unique ignore the Property; Sum / Average / Min / Max require a numeric Property, or the card reads 0 / blank.
  • A stat card is a point-in-time number, for a trend, pair it with a Sparkline or Line chart.
