Drill into a chart
1
Click a segment
Click a pie slice, a bar, a point on a line or area, a scatter or bubble dot, a heatmap cell, or a funnel step.
2
Read the records behind it
A panel opens listing the records that make up that segment, with the same columns as the object’s records table.
3
Open the full page
Choose Open full page for a full-screen, sortable table of the same records, useful when a segment holds more than a quick look.
What you can drill
Proportion charts
Pie, donut, radial-bar, bars-list, and treemap. Click a slice or bar.
Series charts
Bar, area, line, and composite. Click a bar or point at an x-value.
Point & grid charts
Scatter and bubble dots, and heatmap cells.
Funnel
Click a step to see the records at that stage.
Troubleshooting
Clicking a chart does nothing. That chart type isn’t drillable, radar, sparkline, and stat cards have no per-element record set (see above). Every other chart drills. The drilled list is empty. The segment genuinely has no records, or a dashboard filter is excluding them. Check the chart’s filters and any linked dashboard filters. The drill honors both. An “Unknown” slice drills to blank records. “Unknown” is the bucket for records with no value on that property. Drilling it lists exactly those empty-valued records, which is correct.Related
