Overview

The Aggregate table report puts one row per teammate and totals their activity across related records and conversations: calls, demos, emails, deals, or any object you connect. It’s the report to reach for when comparing reps, tracking activity, or spotting who’s ahead of or behind the team average.

How it works

  • Rows are people by default. The report roots on Users, so each row is a teammate. (Root it on an Object instead only if you want a row per record of that type rather than per person.)
  • Columns are aggregates over each person’s related records and conversations. Counts of calls, demos, emails, deals, and so on.
  • Optional column types turn raw counts into insight:
    • Rate: a percentage (e.g. demos booked ÷ calls made).
    • vs. company average: how each person compares to the team mean.
    • Computed ratio: a custom ratio between two columns.

Using it

1

Add an Aggregate table report

On a dashboard, add a block and choose the Aggregate table report.
2

Pick the activities to total

Add columns for the record and conversation types you care about: calls, demos, emails, deals.
3

Add rate / ratio / average columns

Layer on a rate (e.g. win rate), a computed ratio, or a vs-company-average column to make the numbers comparable.
4

Filter the window

Scope to a date range (this month, this quarter) with a filter so the totals mean something.
