When to use

Use Weakest Criteria to decide what to coach next. For each teammate it lists the two scorecard criteria they score lowest on, with the team’s score on the same criterion beside it, so “Next steps agreed 31% (team 72%)” reads as a habit to work on, not a bad day.

Required data shape

  • Submitted coaching reviews on one scorecard. Criteria only compare within a scorecard, so the block reads one: the most-used scorecard in the window, named at the top of the block.
  • Teammates on the reviewed calls. A review counts for every teammate on the call.

Configuration

How it reads

  • A criterion appears for a teammate only once they have three scored answers on it, so one call doesn’t flag a habit.
  • Text questions don’t score and N/A answers don’t count.
  • Teammates are listed weakest first. A score 25 or more points under the team’s is red, 10 to 24 under is amber.
  • Only submitted reviews count. Stella’s AI drafts never reach this block.
