Overview
Bulk edit updates many records of one object in a single action. Find it at Settings → Automations → Migrations → Bulk edit.Steps
1
1 · Select records
Pick the Object type and a search query (e.g.
status:Active). Leave the query empty to affect all records of that object, up to 1,000.2
2 · Define updates
Add one or more Property → New value rows. Every matched record gets these values.

3 · Execution settings
Skip Workflows is on by default. It bypasses automation triggers and notifications for this update. Turn it off if you want the changes to fire workflows. Then Execute Bulk Update.
Good to know
- 1,000-record cap per run, narrow with the query and run in batches for larger sets.
- No preview: Execute applies immediately to every match, so check your query first.
- Values are entered as plain text; make sure the value matches the property’s type.
- Requires edit access.
Troubleshooting
When reporting an issue, include the request id shown in the error toast. It links the in-app error to the server logs.
