Type	What it’s for
Manual Task	A generic to-do for anything that doesn’t fit a specific type.
Call	Call a contact. Carries the name, number, and what it’s regarding.
Email	Send an email, supports a template / template pool and a subject.
Meeting	Schedule or attend a meeting with a contact on a topic.
Follow-up	Follow up on a record, with details and a due date.
Review	Review a document or record, with notes.
Research	Research a topic, person, or company.
Audit	An auto-generated workspace audit item (e.g. a missing description) with an AI-assisted remediation panel to fix it in place.
Permission Request	A request for access to an entity, routed to an approver.

Troubleshooting

Symptom	Likely cause	What to check
A created task has no assignee	The Create Task action left the assignee blank	Set an assignee on the action, or the task lands unassigned in the queue.
An Audit task keeps reappearing	Its underlying check still fails	Fix the flagged issue. The audit re-runs and clears when resolved.
