What a run can do
A routine can read your workspace and can’t change anything in it. It sees only what you can see. Nobody is there to approve a change while it runs, so it gets no tools that edit records, send messages or create things. If a routine’s task asks for a change, Stella describes what it would change instead.Nothing to report
With Send nothing when there’s nothing to report on (the default), a run that finds nothing sends nothing. It shows as “Nothing to report” under Recent runs, so you can still see it ran.Recent runs
Open a routine to see its last runs: when each ran, whether it was sent, and the start of the answer. Open in Stella opens the full answer as a chat, so you can ask a follow-up. If a run fails, the reason shows on the run. A routine keeps its schedule after a failure, and the next run tries again. Each run is one Stella conversation and uses AI credits like any other. Routines are personal: only you can see, edit or run yours. Each person can have up to 25.
