Overview

The Phone & SMS Settings block embeds phone administration in a view: manage phone numbers, A2P 10DLC compliance, and call-recording policy without leaving the dashboard. It’s the settings surface as a block, handy for an admin / ops page.

Use cases

An admin dashboard: numbers, compliance, and recording policy in one place.
Onboarding a new workspace: keep phone setup visible until it’s complete.

Configuration parameters

This block takes no parameters, it manages the workspace’s phone numbers and settings directly.

Troubleshooting

Symptom	Likely cause	What to check
No numbers listed	No phone numbers are provisioned	Add a number under Phone numbers.
Recording options greyed out	Call recording isn’t enabled for the workspace / number	See Call recording.
