Conversation Table - Custral Docs

Overview

The Conversation Table is a Database Table specialized for the Conversation object. It surfaces Conversations across all channels with filters by status, assignment, channel, and disposition. Bulk actions let you assign, snooze, or close in bulk.

Configuration

Setting	What it does
Saved view	Reuse a saved view’s filters, sort order, and columns.
Default filters	Filters applied on load when no saved view is chosen.

Use cases

Powers the Inbox surface and any custom inbox-like view a workspace builds.
