Overview

The Form block embeds one of your forms directly in a view. When someone submits it, Custral creates a record from the answers, the same behavior as a hosted form, placed inside a dashboard or page.

Use cases

An internal intake dashboard: drop a “New request” form beside the queue it feeds.
A record page: embed a follow-up / qualification form next to the record it relates to.

Configuration parameters

`formId`	`text`	The form to embed (required). Build and manage forms under Forms.

Troubleshooting

Symptom	Likely cause	What to check
The block is blank	No form is selected, or the form id is invalid	Pick a form; confirm it still exists under Forms.
Submissions don’t create records	The form’s field-to-property mapping is incomplete	Check the form’s mapping under Forms.
