Quick Actions - Custral Docs

Overview

The Quick Actions block is a compact action bar for the open record, styled after HubSpot’s: one-click shortcuts to Note, Email, Call, Log, Task, and Meet. Each opens the matching surface pre-scoped to the record, so logging a call or firing off an email is one click from the record page.

Use cases

Put it at the top of a Contact or Lead record as the primary action strip.
Give reps a consistent “what can I do here?” bar across every record type.

Configuration parameters

Param	Type	Description
`objectId`	`object`	The object the block is bound to. Set automatically when placed on a record page.

The available actions are fixed (Note, Email, Call, Log, Task, Meet); there’s nothing to configure beyond placement.

Troubleshooting

Symptom	Likely cause	What to check
Email / Call does nothing	No email channel or phone number is connected	Connect a channel under Communications; the action needs a sender.
The bar shows on a list, not a record	It was placed on a dashboard rather than a record page	Quick Actions is a record block. Add it to a record view.
