Conversation List - Custral Docs

Overview

Conversation List shows the Conversations associated with the current record: email threads, SMS exchanges, calls, and chat sessions. Click any item to open the thread inline.

Configuration

Setting	What it does
Channels	Limit the list to specific channels: email, SMS, voice, or chat.
Status	Show open, closed, or all conversations. Defaults to open.
Limit	The maximum number of conversations to show.

Use cases

A “Recent Activity” panel on a Contact. A “Conversations” tab on a Deal showing every email thread tied to it.
