Overview

The Analytics block shows the open record’s product-usage activity. The tracked usage events attributed to it, charted over time. On a Company or Contact page it answers “how are they actually using the product?” using the same usage events that power the Usage blocks.

Use cases

A Company / Account record: the engagement trend for a customer-success review.
A Contact: whether a champion is active or going quiet.

Configuration parameters

`objectId`	`object`	The object the block is bound to. Set automatically when placed on a record page.

Troubleshooting

Symptom	Likely cause	What to check
No activity shown	No usage events are attributed to this record	Confirm usage events are tracked and linked to the record (product / customer role).
Numbers look low	Events are attributed to a different record	Check the usage module’s record-matching (product vs customer role).
