Overview
The Reusable Library is a workspace collection of saved components (blocks) and views (dashboards, tables) you can re-drop onto other pages, so a chart or layout you built once doesn’t have to be rebuilt. Manage it at Settings → Reusables (the screen itself is titled “Reusable Library”).How it works
- Two kinds, plus folders: a saved component (a single block) or a saved view (a dashboard/table’s layout, filters, and columns). Organize them into folders.
- Snapshots, not links: saving captures a copy; instantiating creates a fresh component/view from it. Later edits to the original don’t change copies already dropped elsewhere.
- Private by default: a reusable saved at the top level is private to you until you share it.
Save something as reusable
You don’t create reusables on the library screen. You save them from where they live:1
From a block
Open a block’s menu on a dashboard and choose Save as Reusable.

From a view
Use the view or page header’s Save as Reusable.

Name and file it
Give it a Name (and an optional description), and pick a folder.
Reuse one
On a dashboard’s empty state (or in the create-view flow) click Browse reusables and pick one. It’s instantiated onto the current page. Saved views also appear alongside the curated templates in the create-view picker.Manage the library
At Settings → Reusables: New Folder, and per-row Rename, Move (to a folder or back to Top level), Share (standard entity permissions), and Delete (a soft archive).Troubleshooting
When reporting an issue, include the request id shown in the error toast. It links the in-app error to the server logs.
