Overview
The Library is a single, Drive-style home for the standalone content you author in Custral: documents, whiteboards, spreadsheets, and presentations. Instead of hunting through the sidebar tree for that deck you made last week, the Library gathers all of them in one place, grouped by type, with a New button that spins up any of the four. It’s a browse-and-launch surface: it doesn’t add a new kind of content, it just collects the ones you already have and opens them in the same editors you use everywhere else. How it works
The Library lists every standalone page whose type isdocument, whiteboard, spreadsheet, or presentation. The same pages you create from the sidebar’s + → Other menu. Both shared (workspace) pages and your own private pages appear, each grouped under its type with a count.
- Where it lives: the Library card in the Home panel’s Modules rail, or directly at
/documents. - Opening an item: a card opens the page’s editor at its usual
/p/<id>route; nothing about the editing experience changes. - Creating: the New menu creates a real page of the chosen type (in your first workspace section, or as a private page if the workspace has none) and drops you straight into it.
The Library lists standalone pages. A whiteboard or spreadsheet that’s embedded as a block on a record lives on that record, not in the Library. Open it from the record instead.
Using it
1
Open the Library
Click Library in the Modules rail (Home panel), or go to
/documents.2
Find what you need
Filter by type with the chips at the top (All / Documents / Whiteboards / Spreadsheets / Presentations), search by name, or switch the sort between Recently edited and Name.
3
Create something new
Click New, pick a type, name it, and you’ll land in the editor. It also appears in the sidebar tree, since it’s an ordinary page.
