Overview

Company Audit runs automated checks against your workspace and turns each finding into a task. The checks look for gaps that quietly weaken your AI assistant and team onboarding: missing descriptions, placeholder icons, and an unset AI system prompt. Audit tasks are assigned to workspace admins and surface near the top of task lists.

How it works

When enabled, audits run daily and create a task for each failing check. Audit tasks are de-duplicated: a resource that already has an open audit task won’t get a second one, so re-running is safe. Each check inspects a category of workspace data: Audit tasks include an AI-assisted remediation panel: the assistant can suggest a value (a description, a curated icon, or a system prompt) which you review and apply in place, completing the task.

Using it

1

Open Company Audit

Go to Settings → Company Audit.
2

Enable audits

Turn on Enable Audits so checks run daily and create improvement tasks.
3

Choose which checks run

Toggle individual checks under Audit Checks. Checks are on by default; disabling one stops it from creating tasks. (Toggles are disabled while audits are off.)
4

Run on demand

Click Run Audit Now to queue an audit immediately. It runs in the background and new tasks appear shortly.
5

Resolve the tasks

Open each audit task, use the AI suggestion to fix the resource, and apply it to mark the task done.

Troubleshooting

When reporting an issue, include the request id shown in the error toast. It links the in-app error to the server logs.
