Overview
Workspace Audit gives you a single editable view of your workspace’s structure, its objects and the sections that organize them. It’s the same visual schema designer used during onboarding, loaded with your current workspace so you can review, refine, and restructure everything in one place, then apply the changes when you’re ready.How it works
Opening the page exports your live workspace schema (objects and sections) into the designer. You edit the blueprint there: adding, renaming, or reorganizing objects and properties, and nothing changes in your workspace until you click Apply Changes. Applying writes the blueprint back, creating the new structure. The designer runs with the AI assistant in onboarding mode, so you can describe the changes you want in plain language and have the assistant adjust the blueprint for you. After applying, the workspace schema reloads so the designer reflects the new state.Because this is a structure (schema) audit, you work against a blueprint
first. Edits are staged in the designer and only take effect on Apply
Changes, distinct from Company Audit, which scans
for gaps and creates tasks.
Using it

Open Workspace Audit
Go to Settings → Workspace Audit. The page loads your current workspace
schema into the designer.

Review the structure
Inspect your objects and sections in the designer to spot gaps or
redundant structure.

Make changes (optionally with AI)
Edit the blueprint directly, or ask the AI assistant to add, rename, or
reorganize objects and properties.

Apply changes
Click Apply Changes to write the updated blueprint to your workspace.
The schema reloads so the designer shows the new state.
Troubleshooting
When reporting an issue, include the request id shown in the error toast.
It links the in-app error to the server logs.
