The Workspace Settings page (Settings → Workspace) is where you set your company profile, the meeting window used for scheduling, the business context that powers AI features, your logo, and import/export of your workspace configuration.

Getting started

1

Open Workspace Settings

Go to Settings → Workspace. The page opens on the General Information card.
2

Fill in your company profile

Set your Company Name and Workspace Slug (both required), plus Domain and Employee Count.
3

Set your working hours

Define the Working Hours (Meeting Window) and Calendar Settings so scheduling reflects your team’s availability.
4

Add AI context (optional but recommended)

Describe your business so AI features have accurate context. You can Prefill from website to auto-fill these fields, then review and save.
5

Save

Click Save Changes at the bottom of the General Information card. The logo and workspace template actions save separately (see below).

General Information

The General Information card is a single form. Click Save Changes at the bottom to persist everything in it.

AI Context

This section feeds AI features such as playbook generation, live suggestions, and conversation analysis. You can fill it manually or auto-fill it.
Enter your company URL in Prefill from website and click Prefill. Custral fetches your site and fills in the fields below. Review and save. The button is disabled until you enter a URL.
  • What does your company sell?: product or service description.
  • Who do you sell to?: your ideal customer (industry, size, titles).
  • How do you sell?: your sales process (inbound/outbound, call structure, deal cycle).
  • Key value proposition: why customers choose you over competitors.
Additional instructions included in all AI prompts. Use this for tone, terminology, or rules specific to your team.
The model used when a chat, agent, or request does not pin a specific model. Choose Catalog default or a specific model from the list.
After a Prefill, the fetched values are only applied to the form. Click Save Changes to persist them.
In the General Information card, the Workspace Logo section shows your current logo. Click Edit Logo to open the logo editor, where you:
1

Select a new logo

Click Select new logo and choose an image file.
2

Crop it

Adjust the crop in the preview.
3

Save the logo

Click Save Logo. The logo is uploaded immediately. It does not require the Save Changes button.
The workspace logo is displayed in the sidebar and in emails.

Workspace Templates

The Workspace Templates card lets you export and import your workspace configuration as a .cst file.
Importing only accepts a valid .cst configuration. An invalid or unparseable file is rejected with an error and nothing is applied.
