Custral pricing has two parts:
  1. A subscription plan, your base seats and the features included with them. Each plan comes with a monthly allocation of credits.
  2. A credit balance: a single, usage-based balance that covers AI, communications, and infrastructure as you use them. No separate variable bills to reconcile.

Subscription plans

Your plan sets how many seats you have, which features are unlocked, and how many credits land in your account each month. Plans scale from small teams to larger organizations. For the current tiers and what’s included in each, contact us.

Usage credits

Beyond your plan, day-to-day usage draws down a credit balance. The same balance covers everything metered, so you top up one place instead of managing many bills. Credits are consumed by things like:
  • AI: assistant queries and auto-fill, billed by the amount of work the chosen model does.
  • Communications: outbound calls (per minute), SMS (per message segment), and phone-number line fees.
  • Infrastructure: custom domains and managed mailboxes.
See Billing & Credits for a full breakdown of what consumes credits, how to monitor usage, and how top-ups and auto-top-up work.

AI usage

AI features draw from the same credit balance. How much a request costs depends on the model you pick and the size of the request, heavier, higher-capability models cost more per request than fast lightweight ones. You choose your workspace’s default model (and can override it per chat or agent) in your workspace AI settings, which lets you balance quality against cost.

Monthly allocation vs. top-ups

Turn on threshold alerts (and optionally auto-top-up) so automations and phone lines never pause for an empty balance. Both are configured in Billing.
