Overview
Every workspace models its data with its own Objects, named however you like. Standard Objects tells Custral which of your objects plays each standard CRM role, which one is your Customer account, your Companies, your People, your Deals, and your Tickets. Features that need to reason about those concepts (AI Recommendations today, connected providers over time) read this mapping, so you designate each concept once instead of configuring it per-feature. Manage it under Settings → Data → Standard Objects.How it works
The screen lists the standard concepts and, for each, a picker of your real objects:
Each row auto-saves the moment you pick (or clear) an object. There is no
separate Save button. A concept you haven’t set stays Not set and simply
isn’t used by any feature.
Auto-detected mappings
Custral infers some mappings from your schema and marks them with an Auto badge. An auto-detected mapping is a suggestion, not a commitment. Confirm it by leaving it, or override it by picking a different object. The Customer account concept in particular is auto-detected (usually your Companies for B2B, People for B2C) and is the one AI Recommendations relies on.Using it

Open Standard Objects
Go to Settings → Data → Standard Objects.

Map each concept
For each concept, pick the object in your workspace that plays that role. A
concept can stay Not set if it doesn’t apply to your business.

Confirm auto-detected rows
Where you see an Auto badge, verify the suggested object is right and
change it if not. Changes save automatically.
Troubleshooting
When reporting an issue, include the request id shown in the error toast, it
links the in-app error to the server logs.
