Timer

Overview

Timer stores a duration. Use it for SLA timers, time-on-page, call duration. Anything measured in elapsed time. Custral shows the value in a human-friendly form, such as 2h 15m.

Configuration

Setting	What it does
Display unit	The unit used to show the duration: automatic, or a fixed unit such as seconds, minutes, hours, or days. Automatic picks the largest unit that fits.

What it stores

A single length of time.

Filtering

Equals, does not equal, greater than, greater than or equal to, less than, less than or equal to, between, is empty, is not empty.

Time-to-first-response on a Conversation; SLA breach timer; call duration.
