Overview

Whiteboard attaches a Custral whiteboard document to a record. Use it for visual planning, system diagrams on an architecture record, customer journey maps on an Account.

What it stores

One whiteboard per record. The drawing itself is loaded only when you open the record, so large canvases don’t slow down lists.

Filtering

Filter by whether a record has a whiteboard (is empty / is not empty). Filtering on the drawing’s contents is not supported.
