Communication properties
Communication properties attach a rich, collaborative surface to a record instead of a simple scalar value. A Spreadsheet property embeds a live spreadsheet, and a Whiteboard property embeds a free-form drawing canvas. Both stored with the record and editable in real time. Use these when a record needs working space: a planning grid, a diagram, a shared sketch, rather than a single typed field.
