A reminder takes a thread out of your inbox now and brings it back at the time you pick. The thread stays visible to teammates with access; only your unread state changes.

How it works

A reminder is scheduled in the background. When the time you picked arrives, the thread returns to your inbox marked as unread.

Triggers that override a reminder

  • A new reply on the thread cancels the pending reminder and brings the thread back immediately.
  • Manually opening the thread before the reminder time also cancels it.
  • Bulk reminders apply per-thread, not per-message.

Setting a reminder

Open the thread, click the bell icon in the toolbar, and pick a relative time (1h, 4h, tomorrow morning, next week) or a custom timestamp.
