Overview
Coaching Trends aggregates the reviews submitted through Coaching Scorecards into a workspace-level view of performance over time. It answers “how are we scoring on conversations lately?” with a headline average, a breakdown per scorecard, and a feed of the most recent reviews. How it works
The screen reads every submitted review in your workspace within a trailing time window and summarises it. You choose the window from a dropdown in the header: Last 7 / 30 / 60 / 90 days (30 is the default). All figures recompute when you change the window. The page has three sections:- Summary cards: total Reviews in the window, and the overall Avg. Score as a percentage with a progress bar. Scores are colour-coded: green at 80%+, yellow at 50–79%, red below 50%.
- Scorecard Breakdown: one row per scorecard, showing its average score and how many reviews fed into it.
- Recent Reviews: a feed of individual reviews, each showing the conversation title, the scorecard used, the reviewer, the submission date, and the review’s score.
Trends only count submitted reviews. Draft or in-progress scoring on a conversation’s Coaching tab doesn’t appear
here until you submit it.
A trend percentage is a rollup across many reviews and can differ slightly from the badge on an individual review. For
the exact score behind one conversation, open that review and read its per-criterion breakdown.
